SMS / Texting Terms

These SMS/Texting Terms ("SMS Terms") govern your participation in GetMortgageMatch Texts (the "Program") offered by GetClients Marketing Group LLC ("GetClients," "we," "us," or "our"). By enrolling in or otherwise using the Program—including by submitting your phone number on our forms and checking a consent box or clicking submit—you agree to these SMS Terms.

Program description and consent
The Program provides informational and marketing text messages about mortgage options, follow‑ups on your inquiry, status updates, reminders, and related offers from us and, where applicable, from our marketing partners (including lenders or brokers we identify on our Sites). By providing your phone number and opting in, you authorize us to send text messages using an automatic telephone dialing system and/or prerecorded/artificial voice. Consent is not required to purchase any goods or services; you may use our Sites even if you do not consent to receive texts. You represent that you are the subscriber or customary user of the number you provide and that you have authority to provide this consent.
Message frequency and costs
Message frequency varies based on your activity and requests (for example, initial confirmation and follow‑ups). Message and data rates may apply. Text messages may be sent from one or more phone numbers and/or short codes.
Opt‑out and help
You may opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, we may send a final confirmation text to confirm your opt‑out. If you need assistance, reply HELP to any message or contact us at support@veteranrefinancehub.com. Please allow a reasonable time to process your request across our messaging systems.
Carriers; delivery; device requirements
Delivery of messages is subject to effective transmission by your mobile carrier. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. The Program may not be available on all carriers or in all areas. You are responsible for providing a compatible mobile device, maintaining your account with your carrier, and keeping your contact information current.
Your responsibilities
You must promptly notify us if you change or deactivate your phone number. If you forward your number or share a device, you are responsible for safeguarding your account and ensuring that any user of your device consents to receive messages. You agree not to use the Program for unlawful purposes or in violation of any consumer‑protection laws, including Do‑Not‑Call rules.
Privacy; data we collect for the Program
We handle personal information associated with the Program as described in our Privacy Policy. For the Program specifically, we may collect and retain your phone number, message content, timestamps, IP address, user agent, disclosure text, consent screenshots or certificates, and opt‑out records to document your consent and to comply with applicable laws.
Changes; termination
We may modify or discontinue the Program at any time. If we change these SMS Terms materially, we will update the Effective date above and, where required, provide additional notice. Your continued participation after any change constitutes acceptance of the revised SMS Terms. We may suspend or terminate your participation for suspected misuse or non‑compliance.
Dispute resolution; governing terms
These SMS Terms are subject to the Dispute Resolution / Arbitration provisions in our Terms of Use, including the class‑action waiver and opt‑out right. If a conflict arises between these SMS Terms and our Terms of Use, the Terms of Use control.
