At GetClients Marketing Group LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company (hereinafter, “GetClients,” “Company,” “us,” or “we”), we respect and protect the privacy of visitors to our website, www.veteranrefinancehub.com, and the other webpages under the www.veteranrefinancehub.com domain (collectively, the “Sites”), as well as consumers who use our lead forms, comparison tools, and related services (together with the Sites, the “Platform”). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you should discontinue use of the Platform.
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information in connection with the Platform. This Policy does not apply to websites, mobile apps, products, or services we do not own or control, including those of our marketing partners or any lender you may be matched with.
What “Personal Information” means
“Personal Information” (also called “personal data”) means information that identifies, relates to, describes, is reasonably capable of being associated with, or could reasonably be linked, directly or indirectly, with a particular consumer or household. Personal Information does not include de‑identified or aggregated information, or “publicly available” information as defined by applicable law. Some information collected by or shared with a financial institution to provide you a financial product or service may be governed by the Gramm‑Leach‑Bliley Act (GLBA) and that institution’s privacy notice rather than this Policy.
How we collect, use, and disclose information
Information you provide. When you use the Platform, you may provide contact details (e.g., name, email, phone, address) and mortgage‑interest information (e.g., purchase/refi intent, property type, estimated value or loan amount, credit band and income ranges). You may also communicate with us by email, SMS, or phone. We maintain records related to consent (e.g., timestamp, IP, disclosure text, page URL) and may use consent‑verification tools (e.g., TrustedForm/Jornaya certificates) to document your opt‑in.
Information from cookies and similar technologies. We and our partners use cookies, pixels, SDKs, and server logs to operate the Sites, remember preferences, measure performance, personalize content/ads, and detect fraud or abuse. You can manage preferences via our Cookie Preferences link and your browser settings, though some features may not function without certain cookies.
Information from partners and service providers. We receive and share information with marketing partners, lenders, lead buyers, and service providers (hosting, analytics, communications, consent verification, anti‑fraud, customer support) to match you with relevant mortgage options, operate the Platform, and improve quality. We contractually restrict service providers from using Personal Information for purposes other than providing services to us.
Legal reasons and protection. We may disclose information to comply with law, legal process, or governmental requests; to enforce our terms; to protect our rights, users, or the public; or in connection with a corporate transaction (see Section 13).
We are a marketing company and not a lender or mortgage broker. When you ask to be contacted or otherwise submit information, we use and disclose that information to connect you with companies that offer mortgage products or related services and for the other purposes described above.
Lead distribution, targeted advertising, and “sale”/“sharing”
Some U.S. state laws (including California) define “sell” and “share” broadly to include certain disclosures for cross‑context behavioral advertising or to other businesses. Because we may disclose identifiers, internet activity, or inferences to advertising and analytics partners, these disclosures may be considered a sale or sharing under those laws. You can opt out via Your Privacy Choices / Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information and by adjusting Cookie Preferences. Where supported, we honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal for that browser. We do not knowingly sell or share Personal Information about consumers under 16.
Telemarketing and SMS
If you provide your phone number and consent, you may receive calls or texts about mortgage options from us and/or our marketing partners. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help. Consent is not required as a condition of purchase. We keep records of consent and opt‑outs, and you can revoke consent at any time.
Security
We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect Personal Information, including encryption in transit, access controls, and logging. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; you should take care in deciding what information to send to us electronically.
Hosting and international transfers
We operate the Platform in the United States and target U.S. consumers. Your information may be processed in the U.S. and other countries with different data‑protection laws than where you live.
Your choices and controls
You may opt out of sale/sharing for targeted advertising via Your Privacy Choices and manage cookies via Cookie Preferences and your browser. You can opt out of marketing emails by using the unsubscribe link in our messages. For SMS, reply STOP to any message. Disabling certain cookies or opting out of targeted advertising may limit some functionality but will not block basic operations of the Sites.
Access, deletion, and correction rights
Depending on your state, you may have rights to access/know, delete, correct, opt out of sale/sharing/targeted advertising, and appeal our decision. You can submit a request through Your Privacy Choices or by emailing privacy@veteranrefinancehub.com. We will verify your request (for example, by matching information to our records). Authorized agents may submit requests with proof of authorization. Please note: information governed by GLBA at a financial institution may fall outside certain state privacy laws; in those cases, the institution’s privacy notice applies.
Retention
We retain Personal Information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including to comply with legal obligations and maintain records. Typical retention: identifiers/contact data (up to 5 years), technical data (12–24 months), and consent records/certificates (at least 5 years), unless a longer period is required for compliance or legal defense.
Children’s privacy
The Platform is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect Personal Information from children under 13 (or another age of consent as required by law). If you believe a child has provided information to us, contact us and we will delete it.
Links and third parties
The Platform may contain links to third‑party sites and services. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, not this one. When we share your information with marketing partners or lenders at your request, their use of your information is governed by their policies.
Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. The Effective date above shows when it was last updated. Material changes will be posted on the Sites and, where required, we will provide additional notice.
Business transfers
We may transfer this Policy and your information in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization, sale of assets, bankruptcy, or similar event. The recipient will be bound by terms consistent with this Policy.
